In March 2011 Paula Lobos released her new EP "Higher". After earning success in both Latin and English pop music she is now ready to explore deeper club sounds and together with producers Marvellous Music, MadHouseMonkeys, Musto, and DJs Marcus Ullmarker, DJ PP, Alex Martello, Lobos created a sound that clearly identifies the artist she is.
"This EP is a labor of love that took alot of hard work to create. I wanted to leave traditional pop behind and develop a more honest me through music. Club music was the natural ascension to my sound because its the music that I listen to and that best exemplifies me." says Lobos.
Lobos has had a couple of great years having headlined her first tour sponsored by Samsung that took her through 10 cities in Scandinavia including countries Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark in 2009.
Following the tour, she released her new single "Touch the Light" in June 2009. The song was immediately picked up by Swedish radio and TV channels and due to its success, provided Paula with the honor of opening for both Lady Gaga and Kat de Luna in their Stockholm concerts.
Lobos spent much of 2010 promoting that album in live club performances across Sweden and the US and in the media. Throughout that same time she wrote and produced the songs that now make up "Higher".
On March 25th she released the highly acclaimed remix ep "Heart of Mine – The Remixes EP" on Stonebridges label, Stoney boy Music .
