Although neither of her parents were musicians, there was always music playing in the house while Patti was growing up, and she started taking piano lessons at the age of seven. She used to enjoy singing along while she played piano, but at this point never imagined she would work within the entertainment industry.

At the age of fifteen, Patti developed a passion for acting, which she then went on to study. She started singing in order to get her Equity card, to enable her to work professionally as an actress. She worked with various bands in the South of England, and she also started to get acting roles in commercials and on television. She also started working as a solo pianist/vocalist.

Patti decided to move to London (where she has worked ever since), to see where that would lead. More TV work followed and a variety of singing work started to build up. Patti's versatility has enabled her to build a good reputation within a broad range of the entertainment industry. Known for her acting talent, as well as her vocal ability, she has performed all over the world, in such places as New York, Boston, Atlanta, Pennsylvania, China, India, Bali, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Italy, France, Dubai, Cannes, Nice, Monte Carlo, Switzerland, Portugal, plus many more!

Patti's singing career has been incredibly diverse. Known for singing soul, rock, r'n'b, and pop, she has also sung dance music aimed the the British Music Industry Charts, and jazz in many prestigious venues throughout Europe. She is also known as a competent backing vocalist, having worked with many household names. Patti has performed for The Queen, Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Sting, Gloria Estefan, Joan Collins, Telly Savalas, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones, Brian May and Ben Elton (Patti's Quintet played for the cast party of "We Will Rock You"), Rod Stewart, plus loads more!

Known in her own right as a solo recording artiste, Patti has had singles in the Dance Music Charts, and is regularly used as a session singer for various albums and Film Soundtracks.

Patti is often asked to appear as a guest vocalist for various events, including Film Premieres and opening night parties for West End shows.

She also has her own band (THE PATTI REVELL QUINTET), and they appear at various venues throughout the UK. Patti performs worldwide, and has sung in many famous venues including The Royal Albert Hall, Ronnie Scott's Club, The Royal Festival Hall, The Barbican, The O2 Arena, ExCeL London, The House of Commons, The 100 Club and The Royal Opera House.



Patti has sung with Meat Loaf, Matt Bianco, The Brand New Heavies, Sam Brown, Sheila Ferguson, Van Morrison , The Ronnie Scott's Big Band ( among many others! ) and has performed alongside Whitney Houston, Sir Elton John, Sir Cliff Richard, Sister Sledge, Jools Holland, Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton, Hamish Stuart, Jimmy Carr, and Edwin Starr, to name just a few!



Patti is a sought after Vocal Coach and has helped many professional singers. She is often asked to take Vocal Workshops at such places as The Academy of Contemporary Music, is part of the Vocal Team coaching for The Vocal Authority run by Dave Laudat ( TV's "X Factor" Vocal Coach), and gives one to one Private Tuition.



Patti is currently working on a new album with Andy Jones. She has also recently recorded "Heaven's Only In My Dreams" for Tony Power , for an album due to be released in 2009. It is a compilation CD with each artist singing one track written by Tony. The other artists include Evelyn Thomas, Sonia Evans, Sandra Edwards, Jacquii Cann, Kelly Wilde, Carol Jiani and Anne Marie David., and the album is to be released by Energise Records.



Patti and Andy have just co-written ( and Patti has sung) a Film Track used on the end titles of the film "Bibendum" by Augutus Liiv. The track is called "Walking Down An Empty Street" and you can read an article about the writing of this song in this months "Playmusic Pickup" Magazine (May 2009).



Patti will be singing for Sir Cameron Mackintosh at his home in May 2009.
