"Once in a while, a musician decides to look at his art from a new perspective and creates a masterpiece in the process. Patrick DeCoste is one of those musicians,

bringing a new outlook on music and instrumental rock guitar." - InsaneGuitar.com (USA)

"This is instrumental guitar music at its best with professional and technically brilliant performances, mature songwriting, diverse influences and moody tracks all with unique guitar sounds. Though the album is an independent release, the packaging is perfect, tasty and the music is even better. Recommended to fans of instrumental guitar music and not only to them, as it is easy-to-digest, catchy stuff." - RockUnited.com (Germany)

"For several years, Patrick DeCoste has cultivated a fanatical fanbase in the Boston area. It's easy to see why when the instrumentalist's flashy fingers set the fretboard ablaze. With praise high and a local buzz building, DeCoste released 'Inside The Unsaid', a high-flying guitar odyssey propelling him towards comparisons with legends Joe Satriani and Steve Vai." - Insite Magazine (USA)

Since the international success of his 2003 demo, Patrick DeCoste caught the attention of music fans across the globe. His highly anticipated, full-length debut, "Inside The Unsaid", arrived a year later to much acclaim. "A cool CD filled with all types of guitar wizardry," beamed Robert Silverstein, editor of "20th Century Guitar" magazine. In May 2005, Guitar9.com featured the CD in the top 5 of their Best Sellers Rock chart with Grammy instrumentalists Eric Johnson & Steve Morse. Over the next year and half, DeCoste performed in and around Boston and signed on as an Ernie Ball/ Music Man endorsing artist, alongside such artists as Jeff Beck, Slash & Brad Paisley, among others.

The past few years have proved memorable for the southpaw. After rubbing elbows with members of Disturbed, Deep Purple and Mr. Big at the NAMM shows, DeCoste performed with such major label artists as Johnny A., Lori McKenna and Gary Hoey ("He stands out, has a professional attitude and great work ethic. plus, he's a good guy too," Hoey's quick to add). During that time, sports fans have been treated to DeCoste's live version of the "Star Spangled Banner" at Shea Stadium and the DCU Center while television viewers were treated to live acoustic performances on various local television shows.

Fresh off his 2008 Artist of the Year nomination from Q's House Radio Show, Patrick DeCoste followed the acclaim with a CD release show at the famed

Hard Rock Cafe celebrating the launch of his 2009 EP. Along the way, his music has managed to catch the attention of Grammy-Nominated artists (Gary Cherone of Extreme/ Van Halen & Jon Finn of the Boston Pops) as well as Boston premier's rock station, WAAF, where he was named "one of the area's most under-rated guitarists".
