It all started in 1976 where CEO and Founder Howard Davis with desire and passion for the entertainment industry attended concerts and events weekly. Under the city lights, the allure of beautiful women and nice cars he followed his big dreams and found his way into the industry. His genuine love for music drove him to be the next Berry Gordy out of Long Beach, CA.



Howard Davis as CEO and Executive Producer of 1 Rule Entertainment swiftly began to scout for talent that would soon take the industry by surprise. His ultimate goal is to help recording artists and producers to score recording deals with major labels, and provide music lovers with th best of the best. Always keeping his eyes and ears close to the streets for the next up and coming Dr. Dre's or 50 cent, never letting go of his dreams he has put together various groups and artists from different cities with one thing in common - the love of music.
