From Florida to Los Angeles Old Fashioned Beatdown members Joey Naughler, Russ Rodriguez, Woodzy, and Bob Pickerelli voyaged across America to the west coast to pursue their dreams of creating the most ultimate form of true sonic aggression for heavy metal fans all over the world.



Since their arrival OFB has performed with some of the heaviest bands that the world has to offer. After winning 'Best Metal Band of the Year', and' Best Live Metal Performance" at the Los Angeles Rock City Awards OFB caught the attention of Mikey Doling(x-axe slinger from Snot/Soulfy).



Last winter 2009 Doling and OFB entered the studio to work on their debut album entitled "ANGRY MUSIC FOR ANGRY PEOPLE". Doling who is producing the album at Mid City Sound in L.A. commented "We are going to make this album fierce, and unsafe". After building a brotherhood bond with OFB Doling has been performing guitar tracks on the record as well.



Now in 2010 OFB will be releasing their first single ever exclusively in Japan titled "MY ADDICTION" which takes you through the claws of substance abuse, and the power to overcome it. Later this year OFB will release the same single in the U.S. and plans to release the album AMAP on I-tunes, and throughout the world.
