Known for his straight to the point-no nonsense demeanor, this Oklahoma native has stepped into the budding Oklahoma music scene and has immediately commanded respect and become a prominent player in the states Hip-Hop movement. Growing up situations were not always the best for him, but Hittman makes no excuses and asks for no sympathy from anyone, “Everyone is going to grow up one way or another, good or bad, it just so happens that my situation wasn’t always the best, not to say I didn’t bring a lot of it on myself, so life is what you make it, and through all the negativity, I’m making mine the best it can be.” Having performed with several multi-platinum recording artists Hittman still doesn’t let it go to his head.“I mean hey, I’ve done things and met people others wish they could, it’s just another day to me, there just like me but with a bigger check, but that’s soon to change.” Having a brush with the law starting in 2007, Hittman has shared many trials and tribulations that were threatening to put this young CEO and entertainers career on a permanent hold, but Hittman refuses to let that stop him “What can I say, I made some terrible mistakes, mistakes that will not soon be forgotten and the impact will be felt by me and all the people involved forever, but through all that you have to push on, you can’t curl up and die, you gotta grind it out, going through some of the things I have, most people would have quit, gave up, or even have taken their life if they were faced with the things I have been faced with, I’m stronger than that, I’m built better that that, I have too many people counting on me and resting their hopes and dreams on me, that’s why I’m still here, for my daughter, for my friends and family, for all the people on my team or in my life that hold me down and put in work with me. I’m not here for play; I’m here to make history!”

The often raspy voiced lyricist is determined to make waves in the local and national music scene, with his first album “Dayz of Future Past”(Loose Conduct/Meltin’ Pot-Nov 2006) selling thousands of copies online and in the streets nationwide it was clear that Hittman definitely has a presence and something to offer. The first single “In the Club” produced by Spyda has a sound you don’t always hear from an Oklahoma artist, “I don’t feel I sound like anyone, here in Oklahoma or anywhere else for that matter, my style is more diverse, my sound doesn’t have a region, you can’t put me in a box or a category, I love this music, you give me a west coast beat, something from the south, or something that sounds east coast-you can believe me its gonna get murdered, that’s what I do, why you think they call me Hittman.” The second single off the album “The House and the Hustle” ft. Jalisa of Loose Conduct, definitely makes this statement ring true, with its softer tones and melody, Hittman and Jalisa tell the everyday life of a hustler and his mate and they do it to perfection, “ The streets loved the song, every time someone heard the album, I expected them to love ‘At the Club’ or ‘Now is the Time” but they were feeling ‘The Hustle’ so next thing you know a director (Thomas Yeahpau-Hosstyle Productions) wants to shoot a video for it, so we make it happen and it came out great, the songs a classic already”. The album is well rounded and truly shows you every side of Hittman, personal, business, love, ect. He hides no emotion and pulls no punches, Hittman takes you full circle from one side of his life’s spectrum to the other, from the lullaby “Hush” where he expresses his thoughts of his relationship with his daughter, to the ominous “Funeral 4 a Friend” where he talks about his life and death in great detail, all the way to the taunting “Gotta Getcha” where Hittman challenges anyone to test his relevance and prominence in the rap game.

Following his first album Hittman released “Grind or Die” in 2007 a mix tape hosted by Power 103.5’s DJ Eddie Brasco under his company and label LOOSE CONDUCT ENTERPRISES. With Hittman now in full control of his creativity, he produced, mixed, and mastered all 26 tracks. With everything now under Loose Conduct the company produced and packaged and distributed the entire mix tape in house. Only making a thousand copies of the mix tape on the first run, the disk was quickly sold out. “I didn’t expect the love to be so huge, I mean, I knew people wanted the album, but with me doing everything myself I did it on a smaller scale than my first LP, it was a great feeling to get the response I did, everyone loved the 2nd album just as much if not more than the first.” With Hittman redoing tracks from Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, Notorious Big, and more Hittman did not reply on the bigger names to sell the album “Half of my mix tape is original music, at the time, I didn’t see many people doing that, so I did, people love the original tracks as much as the classics that are on there, I’m not big on mix tapes, I’m about originality, I do me, so that’s what I gave the people, and they loved it.” This is evident from his plays on MySpace to the albums success in the street, with the magnificent love song “Let’s get Closer” to the club banger “I’m Hott” Hittman once again delivers a power packed album from start to finish.

Loose Conduct Enterprises has currently released approximately 30-40 mix tapes in collaboration with Got Gwop? Entertainment. Released albums from artists on Hittman’s label such as: D.A. King-Royal Bloodline Vol. 1:1-12, with upcoming releases from C-Don, Smoke Black, Keyz and more. Hittman has also formed a modeling agency, LC Modeling, which he runs with his staff, Shalonda Lewis-Marketing Director, Angie-Coordinator, Ethen-PR Director, and other team leaders and directors in various cities across the U.S. Included with his many other achievements, Hittman has also started a photography and graphic design business, LC Photos & Graphics. Hittman has therefore positioned himself and the company as one of the major players in the state of Oklahoma and in some aspects, nationally.

When asked about his company name Hittman had this to say, “People are always asking me this, ok here it is.when I was younger my boys and I had no rules, we made our own, made our own lanes to move in, so basically the name came from that, from just doing US and not worrying about what the next man was doing, but with an older swagger on it. I had that name in my head since I was around 14 years old, so when it was time to form this company, it was only right that I go with something that went all the way back to my past and had a deeper meaning than a simple definition in a dictionary, but you can always look it up.” So I did and this is what I found:

loose

adj. loos•er, loos•est

1. Not fastened, restrained, or contained

2. Free from confinement or imprisonment; unfettered

conduct

Noun

1. behaviour

2. the management or handling of an activity or business

3. To direct the course of; manage or control.

With that being said, it looks like Hittman and Loose Conduct are not held back by the conventional way of thinking and are truly an independently thinking company who focus on originality and don’t care what anyone else believes, a group who do things there way and there way only, but Hittman says they still follow rules “There is a code we live by, a code we work by, everyone involved or who is close to me knows it, we follow it, we respect it, simple as that.”

Hittman now prepares to release his 3rd album to date entitled “DECLARATION OF WAR”. With collaborations and music from some of the heavy hitters in the game, this album is shaping up to be something the likes of which we have not seen, from him or the state. Hittman won’t tell much about the album but did say that he will release a mix tape before the album as sort of a prequel to DECLARATION OF WAR. The mix tapes title is not yet set and Hittman gave no clues as to the name. Stay tuned for updates…

UPDATE:

Hittman has finally released the tittle of his next mixtape. It will be called WARNING SHOTS and it will be hosted and mixed by Presidential Trap House DJ Grind Daily. Warning Shots is the prequel to his long awaited album DECLARATION OF WAR. Warning Shots seems to be a proper name, being Hitt has collaborated with some of the best MCs and Producers in the game, with features from Southern Life's Kurt Dogg, Presidential Trap House's Chop Chop, , SB Da Grindaholic, Jabee, Bombthreatt's Flyboy, Tramee, Navigator, Big Stik, and Dejavu/Universal Recording artist Black Heff just to name a few, Hittman is definatly preparing an album that the competition had better be aware of.
