Stefano DiBenedetto, a 25 year veteran of the music industry, began his affair with the music industry at age 12 at his family owned & operated recording studio on Long Island in the early 80’s, where rock and roll veterans like Joan Jett, The Stray Cats, Twisted Sister and many other multi platinum artists recorded their albums. He went on from there to work in many different areas of the music business.
He has worked along side the biggest record executives in the industry such as Jimmy Iovine (CEO Interscope Records), Jason Flom (CEO Virgin Records), Tommy Mottola (former CEO Sony Music), and Charles Koppelman (former CEO EMI Music). Under their direction, he worked with Artists on Warner Bros, Atlantic, Capitol, Geffen and Arista records.
Through the years, Stefano has worn many hats ranging from technical advisor, stage manager, production manager to tour manager where his responsibilities varied from securing major sponsorships for tours to managing the day to day issues for artists such as Linkin Park, Cheap Trick, Guns & Roses, Metallica, Ratt, Poison, Vanilla Ice, Taylor Dane, Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam, and Joan Jett to name a few.
He has worked hands on in the studio with super producers and songwriters Thom Panunzio (Ozzy Osborne Papa Roach, Joan Jett), Desmond Child (Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Ricky Martin), Rick Knowles (Dido, Nelly Furtado, Celine Dion, Madonna, Santana) and Rick Wake (Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez).
He has participated in the behind the scenes of the Grammy’s, MTV Music Awards, The David Letterman Show, The Conan O’Brian Show, Z100, Hot 97, and 92.3 KRock radio station concert events in New York, the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Virgin Islands. He has worldwide experience working with radio program directors and radio stations and has toured the globe several times working on concert events and televised broadcasts. Additionally, he was in charge of technical direction while touring with Linkin’ Park from the inception of their career in 2000 through 2004 while they went on to sell over 40 million records.
Then, in 2004, after culminating years of experience in all areas of the music industry, Stefano founded OCD Music Group Inc, an artist management and development company. Within six months, he successfully secured deals worth three million dollars for his newly founded artists. He secured major recording contracts with Atlantic and Warner Brothers for them and publishing deals with Warner Chappell Music and Zomba / BMG. Stefano’s partners in OCD included his two Sicilian brothers, Salvatore and Nino DiBenedetto Co-founder of OCD Music Group.

Regardless of the insanity that goes on, Our main goal is to allow and support our artists to be who they are and grow organically and be themselves to build a family a home with us and support them to build a fan base naturally, Not be put in a manufacturing machine and when you don't produce what they want in 5 min they drop your ass.
