OBSCENE INDIVIDUALS

OI (obscene individuals, obviously ill, on it, optical illussions, obtaining intelligence) are a two man collective based in Hampton Southwest London. OI consists of emcees TIPZ (16) and DNE (18) they met whilst battling in a local park back at the start of 2004 and since then have been trying 2 get there name out there.
