NV Sicc's Bio



NV Sicc was born Mckance Moananu. He resided at home and was raised by his Mother, 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Nv's father passed at the tender age of 11 which got him into venturing other aspects about life. Nv was just your typical child when brought into a world full of hip hop one house party his older sister was throwing. Battles were set up, and numerous people stepped up to the mic and let off their lyrical talent. At the Age of 12, NV had his first encounter with a 1 on 1 battle. While the older crowd mocked and teased the child for tring to rap, he stood his ground and spit his flow. Though the crowd was just amazed that he was keeping the tempo they were hearing he actually was making sense. That was the Milestone that paved the way to inspire him of what he is today. Nv has taken place at numerous rap battles both public, and just on the streets. NV has battled in multiple venues such as, BuyaTune.Com battles, The Freestyle Challenge at RC's Lounge, AND1 Mixtape Rap Battle, and The RhymenReason Rap Battle that was held in North Kansas City and at Club Silk. Not only is NV a talented freestyle artist, he has also shown his marksmanship as a writing lyricist. His accessive vocabulary, as well as his ability to use multisyllabic rhymes, lables him a force to be wreckoned with. NV Sicc's name was inspired by the "envy" of other rap groups, wanting him to partake in their Rap voyage while in high school. NV Sicc derrived from "NVS" because after he would take stage and work the crowd,people began quoting that "NV is sick" Thus came the name NV Sicc.
