someone dares to be this complicated, this human. And still without forgetting the importance of beauty. Melodies as precious as Stina's are a rare thing.

a message from Stina (of March 2006):

"hey. it is unfair and a blessing that i should stumble in here today. i am ill and weak and the world seems very bleek and lifeless- is this before or after the bomb?? i have been sleeping so it might as well be that i have missed it . there was also some sort of spring going on that equally seemed to have gone off into thin air. what i really want to say is: thanks. i almost started crying a little when i heard Greetings from the old world, another song i have totally forgetten- it was not on any album, maybe a single b-side?? written to an englishman i knew who moved to america. great guitars! and add percussion in the 2nd verse, the "the story goes you're still alive" -add vocals, and the (pitched down) sampling from a central park concert. i must remember to not forget it again."
