Live and work in Paris.
Nina Kardec start a dj career in 2000 and will be mixing in bars, Festivals and clubs in Paris
and european places. In summer 2006, she's in Cologne for the evening's annual meeting
of the label KOMPAKT and meet Claus Bachor, who invited to the birthday party for his
label Psychothrill. She will play alongside Derrick Thompson, pioneer of the techno scene
in Detroit. During one year, it will be a resident of a small lesbian bar in Montmartre,
Les Taulières, and was play mainly an electronica playlist .
In 2007 she decided to focus on producing his own songs. She will make a break of two
years to focudes to his own musical creativity, and his job as a graphic designer. At that
time, she is already on myspace for a year and meet some music with other musicians and
creators Netlabels with whom she collaborates. The Grenoble Netlabels, Creative Obsession,
published online album «Tribute to Kaly» as well as singles, including the electronica
track «JOLIE», this track was re-mixer by Syndrôm. Pavillon 36 was put "Automn Valley"
on one of his compillation.The Scottish Netlabels Section 27 will also be online a few singles,
including «funkyouracidbooty» a nod to the scene Acid techno.
Meanwhile, Nina also remixed other artists, including Nikola Grebovic with the song «Atlantis»
and sign a 5 year contract with the label Croatian Sintegra. She will also participate in the
contest to remix the Milanese and will agree to operate the track by Warp.



Nina uses music as an outlet.
Based his own emotions, darkest, with a bass line and deep dark, she likes wrapped
of organic rhythms and groovy melodies that could appart to Boards of Canada or Traject.
Some of his pieces are orchestral or film, mini-skits of everyday life made of sociological
thoughts, spiritual or philosophical. His major influe are Aphex Twin, but she like too
Gainsbourg to Autechre, or Bjork and Punk. His musical and emotional maturity does not
suffer about influes. Nina can go from pure melodic ambient piece than rhythm, syncopated,
always rhythms straight from the dark Detroit techno adding a touch of Acid she particularly
likes.
Nina doesnt stop at a musical style.
For her, music is' « like a canvas painting, we must put all existing color palettes,
my music is not fit to RGB! ».
