Nikitta

Nikitta is an R&B/Soul singer born in Manchester and raised in Glasgow who came into the public eye in 2006 when she came sixth in the third series of the reality television series X-Factor.



Since X Factor and the UK tour Nikitta has been working on a new image and sound working with an array of producers and collaborating on material with some major up and coming artists in both the R&B music scene and the Asian music scene.



In 2007 a collabortion with Tiger Style was released in which Nikitta co wrote and performed in. A Asian track with a western twist, subsequently played on Asian networks across many countries.



In 2010 a collaboration with Gtown Desi in new track Type of guy was released making it one of the most popular tracks on BBC Radio 1 Xtra. This one of two tracks in 2010 to be a featured artist on, the other being with Fathomless 1.



In addition to collaborative works Nikitta continued writing music towards her forth coming album and debut single release which is pipelined for January 2011. Other artists expected to feature/contribute to the finished album are ex Sugarbabe and founder 'Keisha Buchanan' and rising star Rachel Silva.
