Nico supreme sound

Born Nicholas Peterson Nico Bam Bam became musically inclined at age 9 and from there on it has been no looking back. He is a true child of the dancehall who remembers sneaking out of his home at a tender age to attend dances in the inner city of Southside Kingston.

His love for music grew to the extent of him setting up a neighbors component set into a make shift sound. Little did Nico know that his talent would excel for him to become apart of sounds such as Digitech, Squad 51, LA Benz, Jam One and then in October 1994 marked his debut on the “World Immortal” Stone Love. During his six year journey on the “World Immortal” he declared himself as one of the most renowned persons and has left his stamp there for others to follow as he has elevated the sound to another level.



Nico idolized Mr. Winston “Wee Pow” Powell and appreciated the interest he took in young persons wanting to pursue a musical career, with this Nico decided to go solo.



In late 2001 Nico formed Jedi with Stickla formerly of Echo Stone sound system ailing from Mandeville and Legacy of Legacy sound system based in New York.



In November 2003 Nico was satisfied with the morals, values and principles he had instilled in these young individuals by promoting this new sound and carrying it thus far Nico decided to go solo once more forming Nico Entertainment.



Nico Entertainment is a high energy, innovative party sound system with a wide selection of records and cds that focuses on giving the people what they want – “good music, good entertainment”, as such he has the ability to play at any occasion and entertain the young and young at heart.



The newly inducted Nico Bam Bam, has shown exceptional devotion and skill in his endeavours, it is through this dedication that he has been displaying high levels of professionalism and religiously awarded praise and appreciation.



Since his debut he has entertained patrons at various locations in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, The Caribbean and is looking forward to being introduced to Japan and the rest of the world.



Nico Entertainment has brought a new vibe to the dancehall one that sets him apart from other sound systems. His style of juggling is deeply mind blowing, foot stomping, rump shaking, can’t stand with your hands at your side, lighter in the air selection of music combined with his humorous repartee through the aura of the selectors promise to seal his position in the music industry.



Nico Entertainment is one of the additions to the music fraternity; listen out for him because he is here today… here to stay!
