We have created an innovative entertainment delivery platform to keep pace with the changing entertainment landscape. Next Wave’s business model combines live entertainment, film and technology to create and distribute premium digital content. Our filmed live events are rigged with multiple cameras, post production facilities, state-of-the-art light and sound systems and a digital merchandising store fronts. All content created can be monetized and powered through the Next Wave technology platform. As part of this platform, we are creating a You Tube streaming style of website which delivers the content for free or with Digital Rights Management. The strategy is similar to other “On Demand” entertainment delivery systems, but tailored more for online and mobile consumers. We can wrap our embedded advertisements around exclusive content to create revenue streams for unique filmed content.



Exclusive content can include backstage access, interviews, bonus shows, unreleased music, cause marketing events, fundraisers and sporting events. Developed sites can also include a live club cams, guest interviews/reviews, blogs, video chat, text chat, e-commerce solutions and other social networking attributes; all powered by Next Wave. Even when the event ends and the lights are turned off, the filmed event “property” can continue to generate income primarily through this ad-supported content model. We can benefit from several different revenue streams generated from selected prime events.
