Coming up on The Strombo Show: BAHAMAS

Published: November 21, 2014

"Got all the time in the world, don't you want some of it?"

The Strombo Show will run the gamut this Sunday night, keeping the spirit of radio alive by delivering the best records in the best order. It's a show for music lovers by music lovers. We'll be ranging over three hours of commercial-free music to honour both old and new.

George Stroumboulopoulos will be joined by BAHAMAS, singer-songwriter that recently dropped his celebrated third album 'Bahamas Is Afie', for a feature conversation. He'll also deliver a two-song performance alongside Christine Bougie on second guitar, Felicity Williams on backup vocals and his longtime drummer and former-Weakerthan Jason Tait on percussion made from George's kitchen utensils.

Also, we'll have a few guests throughout the show - including Kardinal Offishall, who'll make some requests.

As always, we'll be tipping our hats to those ground-breakers and game-changers with a Nod to the Gods, spinning the best new tracks, paying tribute to Tom Waits on Ten with Tom and we'll send you into the collective horizontal with the Big Lie Down.
