I've been lucky enough to call Canadian interviewing legend Nardwuar the Human Serviette a friend for many years, dating all the way back to elementary school.
(Wait! We weren't DATING in elementary school... we've never dated - not that there would be anything wrong if we did date - but we've been 'just friends' for a long time).
When people find out I'm old pals with Nardwuar, the first question is usually "is he really like that?" The answer is yes.
The second question is "how did he get that name?"
