TV On The Radio have unveiled a new song to coincide with the announcement of a new tour and the unveiling of their forthcoming album's cover art. The song, entitled "Happy Idiot," will serve as the first single for their upcoming LP,Seeds. The tour dates in support of the album will take the band from California to New York in the span of a month, and will occur aroundSeeds'fall release.
