The most anticipated moment of the 2016 BET Awards was a tribute to the iconic Prince. Orchestrated by Questlove of The Roots, the late singer who passed away earlier this year, was honored with four separate performances at Sunday night’s show featuring various artists.
Stevie Wonder, Janelle Monáe, The Roots, Erykah Badu, Jennifer Hudson, Bilal, Tori Kelly, Maxwell, D’Angelo, and more hit the stage at L.A.’s Microsoft Theater to honor the purple legend.
