The stars came out on Sunday as the 2016 BET Awards took over the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The night opened with an unforgettable surprise performance by Beyoncé, who opened the show by performing her LEMONADE track “Freedom” with special guest Kendrick Lamar.
Alicia Keys, Future, Fat Joe and Remy Ma, Bryson Tiller, DJ Khaled, Young Thug, and more are also set to hit the stage. Plus, the late Prince will be tributed with four various performances done by The Roots, Erykah Badu, D’Angelo, Maxwell, and more.
