Winnie Harlow Shades ‘ANTM’ But These 8 Alums Scored Big Following The Show

The shaaaaade of it all…

Winnie Harlow appeared in Cycle 21 of America’s Next Top Model — but, she didn’t win. However, the model, and outspoken vitiligo advocate, has been winning ever since. So, when she stopped by “Watch What Happens Live” on Tuesday night and told host Andy Cohen that ANTM “really didn’t do anything” for her career, folks were perplexed.

“I really started after the show, ’cause that really didn’t do anything for my career…which, it doesn’t do anything for any model’s career, realistically,” Harlow said. “A photographer from London hit me up—major photographer Nick Knight—and he was like, ‘Hey, I’ve seen your photos online, and I want to do a shoot with you.’ It went viral, and I got campaigns from there, and it hasn’t stopped since.”

No one knew Harlow until ANTM. And those pictures she speaks of were probably post-Cycle 21. But hey, who are we to judge. Winnie got on social media to defend herself saying she was just “speaking her truth”; Well, the truth is, even if she does feel that way, here are 8 Top Model alum who definitely got a career boost from the Tyra Banks-created reality series.
