Kris Jenner has become quite a pro at working around media questions and tackling rumors head on.
The Kardashian matriarch was blasted with inquiries over the weekend over new rumors her youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner, is pregnant with rapper Travis Scott’s baby. Her response … let’s just say, wildly rehearsed and seemingly contrived.
When asked by The Cut if she knew the news was going to break, she suggested, “I just woke up this morning. She’s not confirmed anything,” Kris added, “I think it’s kind of wild that everyone is just assuming that that’s just happening.”
And when asked if she knew the rumor was “going to happen,” the 61-year-old explained, “Something happens every single day. You never know what is going to break at any moment.”
Folks have already called out the famous family for the perfectly timed news. Chatter that Kylie is expecting with her new rapper boo just so happened to hit the Web on the tenth anniversary of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
It was on Friday afternoon that rumors surfaced that the pair is excited to be parents to the reported baby girl. The gossip was furthered fueled after Jenner shared this snapshot on Snapchat of her in a baggy black shirt.
The 20-year-old, meanwhile, has still yet to confirm the news. But she did share another photo on Instagram on Sunday from the same day as the image above and the reality star looks hardly preggers.
Kylie and Travis started dating earlier this year after her very public split from rapper, Tyga.
