Jim Jones, Chrissy Lampkin Land On ‘Marriage Boot Camp’ … But Why???

Published: January 12, 2018

Jim Jones ande Chrissy Lampkin are making their return to reality television. But the couple’s latest venture might be a tad shocking.

Jones and his longtime girlfriend will be featured on the new season of Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars Family Edition. The question, however, is: Why?

You might remember, Lampkin proposed to the Dipset rapper during an episode of Love & Hip Hop Season 1Unfortunately, his response was not a firm yes, rather an “I’m with you.” Needless to say, the two have yet to make it down the aisle.

The pair might not be married, but they are certainly madly in love.

And given this is the “family edition” of the hit series, Mama Jones will appear alongside the duo on the WeTV show.

It’s unclear what issues they will be tackling, but given the history of Lam and Mama Jones’ rollercoaster of a relationship, our guess is they will focus on setting boundaries.

Mama Jones made headlines over the Christmas holiday when her home burned to the ground. Jones confirmed the news with an emotional video on Instagram, telling his fans that he is “On this Christmas, my mom’s house burned down,” he said in the video. “But the best gift of all is that all my family is together. Everybody is safe.”

The other stars featured on the upcoming season are Renee Graziano with her sisters Lana Graziano Zanococchio and Jennifer Graziano (Mob Wives) Amber Portwood and her ex-fiancé Matt Baier and mom Tonya Portwood (Teen Mom); and Brandi Glanville and dad Guy Granville (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills).

New episodes will premiere this March.
