The 2018 Brit Awards go down on today at 10E/7P on Much and first-time performer Dua Lipa has arrived with a new video just in time to give viewers a taste of why the Brit Awards are one of the biggest nights in music.

Up for five nominations this year, Lipa is now the most nominated female artist in a single year at the Brit Awards. Thanks to her huge 2017 single “New Rules” from last year’s self-titled album, Lipa scored nominations for British Breakthrough Act, British Female Solo Artist, British Album of the Year, British Artist Video of the Year and British Single for “New Rules.”

The English singer will be on stage at the 02 Arena in London tonight to perform live at the show, but before that, Lipa is getting warmed up for her big Brit Awards debut with a few friends.

During a recent visit to the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, Lipa performed her breakout track “New Rules” and a cover of Arctic Monkeys “Do I Wanna Know.” Just released today, Lipa was also joined in the Live Lounge by four friends, including Charli XCX, Zara Larsson, Alma, and MØ.

The five-piece, who we kinda think should form the next Spice Girls, performed Lipa’s latest single “IDGAF” and made us fall in love with the empowerment anthem all over again.

It’s pretty amazing to see five solo artists come together to perform one of their own tracks. The performance reminds us of Kesha’s star-studded “Praying” at the 2018 Grammy Awards, which also featured Camila Cabello, Cyndi Lauper, Bebe Rexha, Andra Day, and Julia Michaels.

Ladies, show ‘em how it’s done.

The 2018 Brit Awards air tonight at 10 p.m. ET/ 7 p.m. PT on Much and feature performances by Dua Lipa, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake, Foo Fighters, Stormzy, Rita Ora and Liam Payne and more.
