Watch Camila Cabello Premiere New Song ‘Inside Out’ In Concert

Published: July 24, 2017

Camila Cabello is the latest artist to join Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic World Tour and she’s using her stage time to treat fans to new tracks from her upcoming debut The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving.

Following her split from Fifth Harmony, Cabello spent four months recording her new album, working with Charli XCX, Sia, Pharrell, Ed Sheeran, and more, with production courtesy of Toronto producer Frank Dukes. After guest appearing on a number of huge songs over the past year, including “Hey Ma” with Pitbull and J Balvin and most recently “Know No Better” with Major Lazer, Cabello is ready to strike out on her own.

The singer released her first two singles, including “Crying In the Club” and “I Have Questions” in May, performing both songs at the 2017 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards (watch here). In an interview with BBC host Zane Lowe, Cabello says the title of her new album represents the different phases she went through during the writing process, with the songs matching the three stages of heartbreak. With her lead singles representing the first two emotions, Cabello has now dropped her first “loving” song.

During this weekend’s tour stop in San Jose, Cabello performed her new track, the poppy feel-good tune “Inside Out.” Telling her audience to close their eyes, Cabello set the mood of the song, saying, “Let’s all pretend we’re in Jamaica for a second,” before instructing her fans to whine and dance.

Camila Cabello’s debut solo album The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving is due out September 22.
