Nick Jonas, Mike Posner And Anne-Marie Are Having The Best Time In ‘Remember I Told You’ Video

Published: June 27, 2017

Nick Jonas is busy. Between his successful music career and his ever-growing list of impressive film and TV roles, the JoBro continues to keep a firm hold on the public eye with his many projects.

Jonas has spent much of the past year focusing on the acting side of his double career, starring in the hit TV series Kingdom (available on CraveTV) as well as filming the remake of Jumanji with Jack Black, Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan.

Even with his busy film schedule, Jonas is once again making time for his music, this time teaming up with Mike Posner and Anne-Marie. “Remember I Told You” leans heavily towards the dance side of Jonas’ sound, with the popstar trying his best to reconnect with old love. Considering Jonas’ long list of famous and beautiful ex-girlfriends, who the song about is open to interpretation.

Now Jonas has dropped a joyful video for “Remember I Told You,” which features the singer along with Posner and Anne-Marie dancing and posing on a small soundstage. Backed by a group of models showing off a variety of body shapes, sizes and colours (finally), Jonas and co. can’t stop smiling as they throw pillows, play with grocery carts and spray paint the walls. Fans of The Jonas Brothers will likely be excited to see the Bonus Jonas make an appearance, with youngest brother Frankie showing off his guitar skills in “Remember I Told You.”

The video was shot by director Isaac Rentz, who has previously worked with Blink 182, 5 Seconds of Summer, and was behind the camera for Tegan and Sara’s party-centric “Closer” video.

Jonas has yet to confirm whether “Remember I Told You” is a one-off single or the first track from his next album, but were hoping for the latter. Last year, Jonas released his raw, personal and genre blending album Last Year Was Complicated, which included the huge single “Close” with Tove Lo, as well as “Bacon,” “Champagne Problems” and “Voodoo.” The album eventually hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200, making it Jonas’ most successful solo record to date, which we’re still bumping a year later. A new album in 2017 would be a fast turnaround for any singer, but one we’re hoping Jonas completes.
