Lorde, Harry Styles, Kesha, Niall Horan And More Great Moments From iHeartRadio Fest

Published: September 25, 2017

Harry Styles performs at the 2017 iHeartRadio Fest.

The 2017 iHeartRadio Festival took place in Las Vegas this past weekend and as usual, featured a line up that included some of the biggest names in music from the past year. Whether you’re into rap, rock, pop, country, hip hop, or a little big of everything, the iHeartRadio Festival had you covered.

Here are just a few of the must-see moments that took place during the two-day festival.

Miley Cyrus makes us feel “Younger Now.”

Returning to the iHeartRadio Festival, Miley Cyrus gave fans a preview of her new album, out this Friday. The popstar performed her lead single “Malibu”, as well as “Younger Now” and oldie but goodie “Party In The USA.” Miley wasn’t the only Cyrus to perform at iHeartRadio. Little sister Noah also took the stage during the day at the iHeartRadio Village concert.

Lorde and Khalid deliver “Homemade Dynamite” remix.

Lorde brings the party with her wherever she goes, and that includes the iHeartRadio Festival. The singer took the stage with her Melodrama collaborator Jack Antonoff and later performed her remixed version of “Homemade Dynamite” with fellow iHeartRadio performer Khalid.

One Direction reunite…sorta.

Three members of One Direction took the stage this weekend at iHeartRadio, albeit as solo acts. Harry Styles was first up and performed on Saturday night. During his exciting set, Styles performed songs from his debut album and ignited a Circus Ringleader fantasy in us that we didn’t think was possible.

Only a few weeks after debuting his latest single, Niall Horan took the stage at the iHeartRadio Festival to play “Too Much To Ask.” The former 1D member also performed his sexy 2017 track “Slow Hands,” which is currently the number one song in the US.

As for Louis Tomlinson, the singer hit the stage with Bebe Rehxa for the pairs’ new duet “Back To You.” Both Niall and Louis pulled double duty, performing during the day at the iHeartRadio Village and again on the main stage in the evening.

Kings of Leon rock out.

The iHeartRadio Festival was mainly pop-focused, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t rock. Kings of Leon took the stage on Day 2 and performed some of their newest tracks and biggest singles, including the one that started it all.

Kesha continues to slay.

The year of Kesha continued at the iHeartRadio Festival where the singer stunned with her incredible performance of “Praying.” That voice tho. Kesha also surprised fans by bringing out Macklemore, with the pair performing their new single “Good Old Days” from the Seattle rappers’ album Gemini.

Halsey gets closer to fans.

Playing at the iHeartRadio Festival Village, Halsey performed tracks from her 2017 album Hopeless Fountain Kingdom and some obscure song called “Closer.” Maybe you’ve heard it once…or twice…

We have no issues with Julia Michaels.

Considering how huge Julia Michaels debut single “Issues” has been in 2017, we should be sick of it by now. We should be. But we’re not.

The Weeknd brings the 6ix to Las Vegas.

Taking a break from his huge world tour in support of 2016’s Starboy, The Weeknd hit the stage at the iHeartRadio Festival to and as per usual slayed with his vocals and natural performance abilities.

Pink flies high.

How many times have we watched Pink perform and thought, ugh, could she just put *some* effort into her show? So boring. Nothing exciting to see here.

DJ Khaled brings out everyone.

Like, everyone. DJ Khaled’s black book seems to have no end and the producer brought some of his famous friends on stage this weekend, including Chance The Rapper, Travis Scott, Quavo and Demi Lovato, who stunned with her performance of “Sorry Not Sorry.”
