It’s been a minute since JoJo released her 2006 album The High Road and since then, the Boston native has been embroiled in lawsuits with her record company. The powerhouse vocalist has managed to drop a number of notable mixtapes, but with her legal troubles finally over, JoJo fans are getting a real, live studio album.

Mad Love, which is set to be released on October 14, features 11 new tracks, including the lead single “Fuck Apologies,” featuring Wiz Khalifa. The two released a music video for the no-BS track, which has the singer delivering an anthem for anyone who has ever been wronged.

The new album also includes a duet with Alessia Cara called “I Can Only,” which JoJo released an acapella snippet of last week on her Instagram.

One duet that JoJo is releasing in full is her collaboration with rapper Remy Ma on the track “FAB” or “Fake Ass B*tches.” Refusing to pull any punches, the two women team up to take down people that frankly aren’t very nice.

JoJo told Entertainment Weekly that she wrote the track this summer while on her treadmill, saying, “I was literally singing in my head, and I was like I can’t stand these fake ass bitches in my face. I was like, you know what? I’m not cut out for the shmoozing and the fakeness. I literally can’t stand it. I know I’m not the only one that can relate to that. Sometimes [the music] industry can feel a little bit like high school so I was just reflecting on that and pounding it on the treadmill. I came to the studio that night and I was like, listen we gotta talk about these fake ass bitches.”

The dark pop track will definitely be motivating for more than a few fans who find themselves needing to be pumped up on while on a treadmill or dealing with the FAB’s in their life.
