As winter slowly comes to a close, Vancouver’s Westward Music Festival gears up for its 2018 instalment—Blood Orange, Kali Uchis, Rhye, and Angel Olsen will headline the Canadian festival’s sophomore year.
Other notable acts include Internet sensation Poppy, English electronic duo Honne and genre-melding artist Kelela. More artists are yet to be announced.
The four-day event will take place September 13-16 across multiple venues in downtown Vancouver.
Presented by MRG concerts, Westward Music Festival made its debut last fall as other Vancouver-based music events (like Pemberton and Squamish) came to an end. Celebrating Canada’s music scene, other local acts playing at this year’s festival include Tei Shi, Ramriddlz, Jordan Klassen, Milk & Bone, METZ, Odds, Nehiyawak, and Close Talker.
Pre-sale tickets to the festival are available online at Ticketfly. Wristbands start at $99, but individual concert tickets are also available.
