NOW HEAR THIS: Ryksopps last album, more Lewis leaks, and the sort-of return of Rhye

Now Hear This is a daily dive into the standout songs of the day.

Ryksopp, "Skulls"

Their collaborative EP with Robyn, Do It Again, was a disco supernova that brought Ryksopp into the age of EDM pop better than anyone could have predicted. For their next act, the Norwegian duo have announced that their next record The Inevitable End will be their last... in the "traditional album format." "Skulls"is like Kavinsky's "Nightcall" minus about a decade and a half but with more electronic wizardry. Even the chorus of vocoded vocals hit a unique hypnosis with their pitch to be our loyal electro sentinels "if [we] wanna ride."

Royksopp's new album The Inevitable End is out November 11 via Cherrytree/Interscope; pre-order it here.

Lewis, "Fountains"

Last month came the announcement of a third album from the no longer as mysterious (but still pretty mysterious) crooner Lewis. In addition to the existing digital version,Love Ain't No Mystery will also see a tape release via Summerstep Records, with two exclusive tracks. Stream the lilting, barely there ballad "Fountains" above, and "I Come From Texas" (do ya Lewis? Really?) above.

The tape edition of Love Aint No Mystery is out October 31 viaSummersteps Records.

Milosh, "Right Never Comes"

"Right Never Comes" is a new track reportedly written to debut onRhye'sfall tour, but it's listed as a Mike Milosh solo track. Despite the projecct crossover, it's no patched together demo. That's probably because, as on Rhye'sdebut recordWoman, the songratchets away at the sentiment with smaller gestures: a humble drum machine clicking away over a slow march of sadlygroovy elements - yes, even the strings - and Miloshsinging like he's got a secret: "Don't wanna wait till it's right/'cause right never comes/it just looms over it."
