No musician is cool with Donald Trump, not even these hellspawn

Ted Nugent, Kid Rock — the group of musicians willing to shill for Republican nominee Donald Trump is getting thin. Even those terrifying apocalypse children (who you'll remember from their primary season pro-Trump viral hit "Freedom's Call" and the acute anxiety it inspired in you) have changed their tune.

The manager of the USA Freedom Kids, the trio of preteen performers who lip-synced a mutant rendition of the WWI propaganda song "Over There" at a Pensacola, Florida, Trump rally in January, now plans to sue the Donald Trump campaign over unpaid wages.

Jeff Popick, father of the tiniest Freedom Kid and the true author behind "Freedom's Call," says he asked for $2,500 for the appearance and Trump's people counter-offered: what if we give you a table where you can sell your merch at the rally? He agreed. But when he got there, no table and nobody who knew anything about the arrangement. He tried to contact the campaign afterwards regarding compensation, but nada. Phone calls and emails have all gone unanswered.

"This is not a billion-dollar lawsuit," Popick told The Washington Post. "I'm doing this because I think they have to do the right thing. And if this means having to go through the court system to enforce them doing the right thing, then that's what I have to do. I'm not looking to do battle with the Trump campaign, but I have to show my girls that this is the right thing."

Rappers now dissing Trump from beyond the grave

When Trump supporters praise his business acumen ("he'll run the country like a company") and his candor ("he says what he means"), here's another instance, like the duped architect in Hilary's ads, of Trump cheating the little guy.

"These are guys that insist they're straight shooters," Popick said, "'You may not like what we're going to say, but we mean what we say and we say what we mean' — and they just would not say anything of any substance! I've invested a lot of time, effort, money," he continued, "and it's just been complete silence."

If Trump really is a business, that's one hell of a bad Yelp review.
