I know I still might now know shit about hip hop but I know well enough to pay attention to a band that B L A C K I E says is worth a good goddamn and so here we are with Kill the Vultures who I don’t know well enough to relate to on the routine but have consistently been releasing the Twin City Seedy for a decade, at least and now come to us – in the shadows – with a kerosene fever dream called “Top Soil” (off Carnelian which dropped just shy of Halloween). I’m afraid I’m too tired to play clever against the Fix so just sit back, breath deep and bask in the ambergris. Rockit.
