Waterparks - "Stupid for You" / "Royal" (Acoustic) on No Future

Waterparks just might be as fun as their namesake. Since signing to be managed by Good Charlotte's Madden brothers (and playing that band's comeback show), they have been delivering some of the catchiest pop punk this side of The Young and the Hopeless.
The Texas trio stopped by the Exclaim! office on the day of their first-ever Canadian show to perform two stripped-down songs from their debut LP, Double Dare. The songs didn't descend into depressing versions of themselves, though, instead maintaining the fun spirit of the originals.
Blue-haired frontman Awsten Knight even took a break in "Stupid for You" to insist you follow his Twitter — in time with the tune, of course — while the whoa-oh-oh-oh-oh-ohs in "Royal" kept the energy up.
