Watch OK Go Use 567 Printers to Create the "World's First Paper Mapping" in New Video

Never ones to shy away from lavish over-the-top music videos, OK Go are once again doing their best to bend minds with their latest clip. This one is for their song "Obsession," and it finds the band using 567 printers to create the "world's first paper mapping" project.

For the clip, OK Go teamed up with paper company Double A, who issued the following statement about the project:

New, unique and very exciting, the technique allows OK Go to have fun experimenting with movements. The band even spent two weeks in Japan where the shooting took place to help develop and test the system to ensure everything functions perfectly. They also had to rehearse their dance moves for the video — which they had to perform in front of 567 printers and countless piles of paper.

The resulting clip took five days to film, with all the printers working in unison behind OK Go as they broke out some seriously precise choreography. And if you're worried about this all simply being a massive waste of paper, the band have added a disclaimer stating all the paper was recycled and a donation was made to Greenpeace.
