We're deep in the throes of music's blockbuster season, with enormous albums dropping at an alarming pace. Along the way, it appears that the Dave Matthews Band have made a comeback. After all, the highly musical jam rock act recently outsold a hugely anticipated Kanye West project.

As the New York Times points out, DMB's Come Tomorrow managed to outpace Kanye and Kid Cudi's collaborative album Kids See Ghosts.

Of course, it's all part of the wacky way in which numbers are tabulated in this day and age. Kids See Ghosts had 10 times the amount of streams as Come Tomorrow, but actual album sales are worth more in calculations than streams.

DMB managed to sell a shit ton of records, in part because they bundled the album with ticket sales for their summer tour. As a result, Come Tomorrow beat out Kanye and Cudi's collaboration.
