Coachella Will Feature a Weed "Oasis"

Coachella is set to bring the likes of Lady Gaga, Kendrick Lamar and Radiohead to California next month for two weekends of music, and for those looking to enhance their live music experience, a fully legal weed "Oasis" is set to provide all the good vibes you need.

TMZ reports that marijuana community Weedmaps and Talent Resources are set to open a fully legal "Oasis" six miles from the festival site. The spot will allow festivalgoers to toke up before seeing their favourite bands live, all in accordance with state laws permitting recreational use of cannabis.

Set to open for VIP guests, the space will reportedly feature two grow houses and a greenhouse, in addition to five geodesic domes in which visitors can sample different strains through smoking, vaporizing and edibles. Budtenders will be on hand to make recommendations on products from companies such as GenX, Brass Knuckle and West Coast Cure.

Coachella will run for two consecutive weekends in Indio, CA, from April 14 to 16, and again from April 21 to 23. As previously reported, Beyoncé was forced to postpone her Coachella appearance due to doctors orders to "keep a less rigorous schedule in the coming months." She is expected to make up the performance at the festival's 2018 edition.
