Chance the Rapper Hospitalized, Cancels Coachella Set

Chance the Rapper had been scheduled to perform at Coachella today (April 20), but the hotly tipped Chicago MC has had to cancel after being hospitalized. The cause of his hospitalization hasn't been confirmed, but a post by his management on his Twitter account notes, "Chance fell ill on Friday night & was admitted to the hospital today- Doctors & family are with him & he is expected to make a full recovery."
