Team ROC, the social justice department of JAY-Z‘s company Roc Nation, has reportedly offered legal assistance to Dravon Ames, Iesha Harper, and their two children after Phoenix Police drew guns on the family and threaten to shoot.

Recently released video taken by onlookers drew attention to the incident, in which the police investigating whether one of the small children had taken a toy approached the family saying,“I’m going to put a cap in your ass.”

According to The Washington Post, an internal police investigation is underway as well as a $10 million lawsuit against the city and its police department. The Blast reports that “Team ROC has now offered to step in to provide legal support for the family, as well as call for the termination of the policers officers involved in the incident.”

The offer of legal assistance comes after Jay-Z was recognized as the richest rapper in the world. According to Forbes, JAY-Z‘s fortune “conservatively totals $1 billion,” making him the first rapper to reach billionaire status.
