Ahead of Better Call Saul‘s return to AMC on April 10, Breaking Bad fast food chain Los Pollos Hermanos is taking over LA this week for two days only. Run by notorious character Gustavo Fring, the signature Albuquerque chicken restaurant can be seen on both television series, now heading to downtown Los Angeles via a standalone pop-up.
Los Pollos Hermanos will be open to the public today and tomorrow (March 30) from noon to 10 p.m. at 1345 E. 6th Street, just around the corner from the Arts District.
Los Pollos Hermanos also recently popped up in Austin at SXSW, serving curly fries, water and three dipping sauces, and featuring appearances by actors Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman) and Giancarlo Esposito (Gus Fring).
