Public Enemy have announced reissues of 1988's It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back and 1990's Fear of a Black Planet. It Takes a Nation will include liner notes written by the Roots' ?uestlove, and will be reissued on November 24. Black Planet follows on December 8, with Wax Poetics editor-in-chief Andre Torres writing its liner notes.
Both reissues include the original albums, along with a second disc compiling bonus mixes. It Takes a Nation also comes with a DVD of 1989's Fight the Power… Live, an out-of-print VHS that includes live performances and music videos from the album. Check out the full tracklists below.
