Live Music at Saltbox; Belgian Beer Bar Xmas; Fish Market Adds Hours

A lounge adds music, a Belgian beer bar celebrates Christmas and a local fish market expands their hours. DOWNTOWN— Saltbox Restaurant + Bar is adding live entertainment to up the atmosphere in their downstairs lounge, from acoustic music to DJ-spun tunes; Soul Thursdays feature half-priced wine and music from 7 to 9 p.m. and the bar will host a DJ from 9 to midnight on Fridays and from 8 to 11 p.m. on Saturdays. SOUTH PARK— This Saturday, December 20, Brabant Bar & Cafe is celebrating Christmas a few days early with a holiday event starting at 5 p.m. that features a long tap list of seasonal beer, from Delirium Noel to The Bruery's 7 Swans a Swimming, and a special menu that includes Christmas goose with lingonberry sauce, a winter bratwurst made with Belgian holiday ale, apple and mulling spice, and Christmas cookies.
