We are stoked to announce LA GIVES BACK 2, the return of our annual benefit show aimed at alleviating Los Angeles’ homeless epidemic. Following the overwhelming support and success of last year’s LA GIVES BACK in which we raised over $54,000 for local charities with a stacked line up featuring Diplo, Valentino Khan, Classixx, Mr. Carmack and more, we decided to assemble our squad of promoters for round two on Wednesday, December 20th at Union Night Club.
As one of the nation’s largest homeless populations, Los Angeles County struggles to implement a standard shelter policy and a proper federal/local budget for their construction or the improvement of case management services. The city’s homeless population has now risen 23% this year alone. With the help of our partners Restless Nites, Brownies & Lemonade, Ham On Everything, Late Night Laggers, Space Yacht, and Echoflex, we are hoping to raise even more this time around.
This year, 100% of the profits will go to Downtown Women’s Center and My Friend’s Place.
