As we alluded to earlier, we have been aware of ‘Ross From Friends’ music just as long as everyone else. However as the ha-ha-ha funny artist names started to feel increasingly cliched – DJ Seinfeld, Ross From Friends, DJ Boring, DJ Normal etc, our self-administered ‘The Darkness’ vaccine automatically kicked in. Consequently leaving us immune to enjoying his dusty lo-fi sounds. Thankfully though his latest single has suppressed that inoculated cynicism with its dazzling teeth whitened freshness. Leaving us intrigued to hear in full – Ross From Friends ‘Family Portrait’.
