Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?

Katy Perry is using #VerifiedFan for her North American WITNESS: The Tour Artist Presale. For other countries you will need to contact your local Ticketmaster site for how to get tickets.

If I’m not verified will I still have a chance to get tickets? Is there a General Onsale? Other Presales?

In addition to the #VerifiedFan Artist Presale, WITNESS: The Tour will have a credit card presale beginning Thursday, May 18 at 12pm to Saturday, May 20 at 10pm (venue local) and public onsale on Monday, May 22 at 10am (venue local).

When does registration close?

Registration closes on Tuesday, May 16 at 10PM PT.

Can I register for the U.S. #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S.?

Yes, you can register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada but only for the U.S. + Canada dates for this tour.

If I register for the U.S. #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S., do I need to include my country code with my phone number?

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. please include the country code with your telephone number.

Can I register for the U.S. + Canada #VerifiedFan Presale more than once?

Fans may only register once per event for the #VerifiedFan Onsale for the U.S. + Canada dates.

Can I register for more than one date for the U.S. + Canada #VerifiedFan Presale?

Yes, fans may register for more than one venue/date, but only once per venue/date.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?

We know you’re excited, but don’t register more than once per event/date.  And creating multiple new accounts (email, Ticketmaster, social or other) will negatively impact you.

I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?

Receiving a confirmation email only means your registration has been submitted. It does not mean you are verified.

Does registering mean I get a code?

No, successfully registering does not guarantee you will be verified or receive a code.

Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?

If you receive a code it will only unlock the ability to access tickets. Due to a limited quantity of #VerifiedFan Presale tickets, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

If I get a code will it work for more than one date?

If you receive a code it should only be used for the date linked within the text message you receive prior to the presale.

When is the Presale?

For the U.S. dates, the Katy Perry Presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan is Thursday, May 18 at 9AM (venue local time).

For the Canada dates, the Katy Perry Presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan is Tuesday, May 23 at 10AM (venue local time).

What is the ticket limit?

To allow as many people as possible to enjoy Katy Perry’s WITNESS: The Tour, codes are valid for one time use and purchasers are held to a four (4) ticket limit MAXIMUM. If you are registering for more than one date/venue, please note, you may only purchase up to four tickets total.

How much will tickets cost?

How do I learn more about WITNESS: The Tour outside of the U.S. + Canada?

If my parent uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)

You said you got rid of scalpers, but I already see ticket for sale and the presale hasn’t started.

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets even before they go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers.

How do I purchase tickets for Katy Perry’s WITNESS: The Tour Presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan?

The Presale opens Thursday, May 18 at 9AM (venue local time). It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1.  If verified and selected, you will receive an offer code via text message on Thursday, May 18 prior to the onsale at 9AM (venue local time). The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Presale.

2a. Ticketmaster Purchases: Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account or App in Advance: Know your Ticketmaster password (or reset it in advance) Need to reset your password? Ticketmaster Mobile Checkout: Update your Ticketmaster App and Sign-in For a faster mobile checkout on Ticketmaster, have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account. Need to update? Download our app for iOS or Android. When updating your payment details, log into your account from a computer or your app – not your mobile web.

2b. Non-Ticketmaster Purchases: Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.

When the Presale Begins at 10AM (venue local time)

DESKTOP: transfer the link from your phone ahead of time

MOBILE: If you have the Ticketmaster App installed once the page loads in your mobile browser you will be prompted to open the page in the App if you prefer.

4. Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code”  Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the text you receive.
5. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the MAXIMUM four (4) ticket limit.
6. Checkout For faster checkout, make sure all billing and credit card information are up to date prior the start of the Presale.

When should I expect my presale code?

If verified and selected to receive an offer code, you’ll receive a text on Thursday, May 18* prior to the onsale at 9AM (venue local time). Your text will include your unique offer code and link to purchase your tickets. Keep your phone handy – notifications will arrive 2-4 hours before tickets go onsale. Since there is a limited quantity of tickets, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

The presale has started, I registered and never received my offer code?

Registering does not guarantee you will receive a code to unlock the ability to purchase tickets.

I registered for the last #VerifiedFan for another artist, shouldn’t I always get a code?

Each artist #VerifiedFan is unique and you must register for each one separately.

Why didn’t my Verified Fan Presale code work?

You may have maxed out your ticket limit or your code has already been used for purchase. Due to demand and to allow as many people as possible to enjoy Katy Perry’s WITNESS: The Tour, purchasers are held to a four (4) ticket limit MAXIMUM.
