Go to https://hamilton.tmverifiedfan.com and connect your Ticketmaster account to register. Or create a new account and then connect it to register.

Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?

HAMILTON is using #VerifiedFan for their Presale only.

Is there a way to purchase tickets other than the #VerifiedFan Presale?

In addition to the #VerifiedFan Presale, there will be a General Public Onsale on Tuesday, August 22 at 10AM.

How can I purchase tickets?

If you are verified and randomly selected, you may purchase tickets through the #VerifiedFan Presale. In addition to the Presale, there is a General Public Onsale that starts on Tuesday, August 22 at 10AM ET. (See below for purchase details).

When does registration close?

Registration closes on Friday, August 18 at 6PM ET.

Can I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S.?

Yes, you may register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S.

If I register for #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S., do I need to include my country code with my phone number?

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. please include the country code with your telephone number.

Can I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale more than once?

Fans only need to register once for the #VerifiedFan Presale. Multiple registrations will not improve your chances.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified? 

Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified.

I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?

You have successfully registered and may be randomly selected to receive an offer code to purchase tickets.

Does registering mean I get a code?

No, registering does not guarantee you will receive an offer code.

Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?

If you receive an offer code you will have the chance to unlock access to tickets. However, due to demand the ability to purchase tickets is not guaranteed and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When is the #VerifiedFan Presale?

The presale begins Monday, August 21 at 10AM ET for fans who receive an offer code.

What is the ticket limit?

There is a strict eight (8) ticket limit per order. Maximum aggregate ticket limit for performances 3/6/18-8/19/18 is eight tickets.

If my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)

How do I purchase tickets for the Presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan?

The Presale begins Monday, August 21 at 10AM ET. It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1. If verified and randomly selected, you will receive an offer code via text message on Monday, August 21 prior to the Presale at 10AM ET. The first message(s) will include your purchase link, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. Keep your phone handy – your text messages may arrive 2-4 hours before the Presale..

2a. Ticketmaster Purchases: Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account or App in Advance:

• Know your Ticketmaster password (or reset it in advance). Need to reset your password? Reset My Password
• Make sure you have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account. Need to update credit card or billing information? My Account

Ticketmaster Mobile Checkout: Update your Ticketmaster App and Sign-in. For a faster mobile checkout on Ticketmaster, have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account. Need to update? Download our app for iOS or Android. When updating your payment details, log into your account from a computer or your app – not the mobile web.

2b. Non-Ticketmaster Purchases: Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.

When the Presale Begins at 10AM ET

3. Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time

DESKTOP: transfer the link from your phone ahead of time

MOBILE: If you have the Ticketmaster App installed once the page loads in your mobile browser you will be prompted to open the page in the App if you prefer.

4. Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code.” Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the text you receive.
5. Find tickets: Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit of eight (8).
6. Checkout: For faster checkout, make sure all billing and credit card information are up to date prior the start of the Presale.

I registered for the last #VerifiedFan opportunity, shouldn’t I always get a code?

Each #VerifiedFan opportunity is unique and you must register for each one separately.

Why didn’t my Verified Fan Presale code work?

You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, each #VerifiedFan Presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

How come I received a #VerifiedFan Presale code but can’t get tickets?

We’ve seen massive interest for HAMILTON and #VerifiedFan tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.

If I’m not Verified will I still have a chance to get tickets
