Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?

Fall Out Boy is using #VerifiedFan for their Fall Out Boy – M A N I A in Chicago show at the House of Blues.

If I’m not verified will I still have a chance to get tickets? Is there a General Onsale? Presales?

This show is being sold exclusively through the #VerifiedFan Onsale. There will not be any presales.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on Sunday, June 25 at 5PM CT.

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. please include the country code with your telephone number.

Can I register for the Fall Out Boy #VerifiedFan Onsale more than once?

Fans may only register once for the #VerifiedFan Onsale. Multiple registrations do not improve your chances, and may actually hurt them.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?

We know you’re excited, but don’t register more than once.  And creating multiple new accounts (email, Ticketmaster, social or other) will negatively impact you.

I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?

Receiving a confirmation email only means your registration has been submitted. It does not mean you will receive an #VerifiedFan Onsale access code. If verified and randomly selected, codes will be distributed the morning of Tuesday, June 27 prior to the start of the Onsale at 10AM CT. Receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets.

Does registering mean I get a code?

No, successfully registering does not guarantee you will be verified or receive a code.

Does getting a code mean I will get tickets?

If you receive a code it will only unlock the ability to access tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

What is the ticket limit?

To allow as many people as possible to enjoy Fall Out Boy, codes are valid for one time use and purchasers are held to a two (2) ticket limit MAXIMUM.

If my parent uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)

You said you got rid of scalpers, but I already see ticket for sale and the Onsale hasn’t started.

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets even before they go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers.

How do I purchase tickets for the Fall Out Boy Onsale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan?

The Onsale opens Tuesday, June 27 at 10AM CT. It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1.  If verified and randomly selected, you will receive an offer code via text message on Tuesday, June 27 prior to the Onsale at 10AM CT. The first message will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Onsale.

MOBILE: If you have the Ticketmaster App installed once the page loads in your mobile browser you will be prompted to open the page in the App if you prefer.

4. Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code”  Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the text you receive.
5. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the MAXIMUM two (2) ticket limit.
6. Checkout For faster checkout, make sure all billing and credit card information are up to date prior the start of the Onsale.

Each artist #VerifiedFan is unique and you must register for each one separately.

Why didn’t my #VerifiedFan Onsale code work?

You may have maxed out your ticket limit or your code has already been used for purchase. Due to demand and to allow as many people as possible to enjoy Fall Out Boy, purchasers are held to a two (2) ticket limit MAXIMUM.
