Registration for the Ed Sheeran Presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan is closed. We verified a massive group of true FANS – not scalpers or bots. While we expect tickets to go fast, they will only go to true Sheerios, not a software program.
We want to help as many of you as possible to see Ed Sheeran on his North American tour. As the Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan Presale approaches, here are some tips to help answer any questions.

Q: How do I purchase tickets with the Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan Presale?
A: The Presale begins Monday, March 13 at 10AM (local time). It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the following steps will help you navigate your search and purchase.
1. Monday morning you’ll receive your unique offer code via text message.
Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Presale. The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. The #VerifiedFan Presale begins Monday, March 13 at 10AM (local time, based on venue).
2. Copy Your Unique Offer Code
Have your code on hand and/or ready to copy and paste.
When the Presale Begins at 10AM (local time)
3. Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time
DESKTOP: transfer the link from your phone ahead of time
MOBILE: If you have the Ticketmaster* App installed and once the page loads in your mobile browser, you will be prompted to open the page in the App (if you prefer). *Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. See below for information about non- Ticketmaster venues.
4. In the Ticket Type menu choose “Ed Sheeran Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan”
Note: On non-Ticketmaster sites is may appear as “Verified Fan Presale”
5. Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code”
Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the text you receive.
6. Find tickets
Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit.
7. Checkout
For faster checkout, make sure all billing and credit card information it up to date prior the start of the Presale.
Q: When should I expect my presale code?
A: You’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Presale. The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets. Q: The Presale has started, I registered and never received my offer code?
A: While we would like to give every fan access to great tickets, Ticketmaster Verified Fan offer codes are limited. Registering as a Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan does not guarantee you will receive a unique offer code.
Q: I registered for the last #VerifiedFan presale, shouldn’t I always get a code?
A: Each artist presale powered by Ticketmaster #VerifiedFan is unique and you must register for each one separately.
Q: Why didn’t my Verified Fan Presale code work?
A: You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, each #VerifiedFan Presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets. You may also be selecting the wrong ticket type. Make sure you select Ed Sheeran Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan when on Ticketmaster or “Verified Fan” on non-Ticketmaster venues.
Q: How come I received a #VerifiedFan Presale code but can’t get tickets?
A: We’ve seen massive interest for this tour and #VerifiedFan tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are NOT guaranteed.
Q: If I’m not selected, will I still have a chance to get tickets?
A: Yes, you will still have the opportunity to purchase via other available Presales or the general Onsale.
Q: Why did Ticketmaster send me a code for a venue where they do not handle ticketing?
A: We partnered with Ed Sheeran to make sure fans everywhere can participate in the Presale. Presale offer codes are valid for purchases made on Ticketmaster as well as purchases made with additional primary ticket providers and venues that don’t use Ticketmaster for primary ticketing. To use your code for a non-Ticketmaster venue look for the “Offer Code” section to enter your presale offer code.
