A man is suing Gene Simmons and a company of his, claiming he was injured working security at a Kiss concert in 2012.

The guys name is Timothy Funk, according to this report.

He suggests that he fell working security at the show, and sustained injuries from that fall.

Naturally, the slip and fall occurred only after Kiss foolishly sprayed the stage with water and confetti.

You can see some really fucking awful and grating footage of what happened below; the shows closing, as it were.

Also named in the suit as defendants are the concert venue (Klipsch Music Center) and Live Nation World Wide Inc.

Funks suit claims he fell on the slippery, waxy, and glassy stage after some or all of the defendants sprayed water from hoses on the stage, the area around the stage, and on some of the crowd.

Sure Gene didnt just piss himself again?

The defendants, the suit asserts, also sprayed confetti around the stage and crowd “in a foolish and reckless manner.

Funk seeks compensation for his unspecified injuries, loss of wages and other related expenses.
