That 31-year-old Kentucky man who was arrested for posting the lyrics to Exodus’s song “Class Dismissed (A Hate Primer)” has had the charges against him expunged.
James E. Evans had been charged with terroristic threatening and served eight days in jail.
Why? ‘Cause the song’s about a school shooting.
A report here claims prosecutors have now dismissed the felony charges against Evans.
The Kentucky branch of the American Civil Liberties Union and his attorney Bill Sharp worked to get the charges against him tossed.
So, props to them.
