Post-metal titans CULT OF LUNA will be joined by JULIE CHRISTMAS to perform their critically lauded collaborative album ‘Mariner’ at Damnation Festival.
The exclusive live collaboration is the third Jagermeister Stage headliner to be announced, following an one-off performance by black metal legend, ABBATH, and a closing set by doom kings, ELECTRIC WIZARD on Saturday,
November 5.
CULT OF LUNA vocalist/guitarist, Johannes commented:
“The stars have aligned perfectly and I am going to have take back what I’ve repeated in numerous interviews this past year: that Mariner will not be played live, because it will… There are no plans to perform the album live in the UK again.”
Announced so far are: Electric Wizard, Abbath, Cult of Luna, Enslaved, Nails, Akercocke, Black Tusk, Bossk, Full of Hell, Ne Obliviscaris and Oceans of Slumber.
