Stream Young Dolph’s New Album ‘Thinking Out Loud’

Young Dolph is unstoppable. Less than a month after surviving another shooting, the Memphis rapper unleashes his new album Thinking Out Loud.

The 10-track effort features appearances from 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Ty Dolla $ign, and DRAM. Meanwhile, production comes courtesy of Mike WiLL Made-It, Zaytoven, Drumma Boy, and Honorable C.N.O.T.E., among others.

Thinking Out Loud, which arrives with its own capsule collection including bulletproof vests, comes on the heels of a Hollywood shooting, where Dolph suffered multiple non-life threatening injuries. His recovery was captured in the video for his recent single, “Believe Me.”

It’s been a busy year for Dolph, who was the alleged target of 100 gun shots in February. That same month, he released Gelato and followed that up with Bulletproof in April. A few months later, in August, he teamed up with Berner for their joint project, Tracking Numbers.

But there’s a reason why Dolph releases music at such a prolific pace. “I know that I like music, and all of my friends like music,” he told Rolling Stone. “So, once you put it out, and they been on it for a while, then you give ’em new music. They just love to have music, because it’s easy to get burnt out on new music real fast. Once you been listening to the same CD for, like, two weeks, three weeks, it get old to you. You need something new.”
